Yes, 7 days on the plan you choose. You add a card when you sign up, but nothing is charged until day 8, and you can cancel before then from the billing portal. The trial is once per customer: additional locations are billed from day one.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from the dashboard at any time. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
Annual saves 20% and is billed once a year. Switch between monthly and yearly from the billing page.
Starter includes 200 new reviews per month; reviews above that wait until next month or until you upgrade. Growth is unlimited.
EU VAT is added at checkout based on your country and VAT ID. Invoices are issued in EUR and are available from the billing portal.
